Connect Signal started its journey in 2014 with skill development projects in Jaipur. Mohanpura is a village in Sanganer tehsil which is 11 km far from Sitapura Industrial Areas which is Jaipur’s biggest industrial areas. People living in the village were not having any livelihood opportunity except seasonal agricultural activities. Connect Signal established Common Facility Centre of apparel/homefurnishings items in the community hall of Mohanpura , Vatika ,Jaipur. An extensive fit to industry training was given to the interested candidates. Later on industry exposure was planned for the candidates. After Industry tie ups activities ,fair participation, production and productivity training , This unit started to get works from Jaipur ‘ s leading Apparel Exporters. This whole projects was implemented with the help of Bosch India Social Engagement. This unit is still sustainable and working properly.

Later on connect signal worked in Pawalia , Sanganer and established Block Print CFC. Connect Signal also established a Gota Patti hand embroidery cluster in Bassi tehsil,Jaipur. More than 800 gota patti artisans are working in Gota patti art. Connect Signal also established a apparel manufacturing centre in shrirampura, Jaipur. Presently more than 500 candidates are doing job in various industrial areas. Meantime connect signal implemented various livelihood projects, skill development ,women empowerment projects in Various districts of Rajasthan with the support of ILD, Jaipur.
Connect Signal also implemented various agricultural projects, health projects, forestation projects with local support. In 2021, Connect Signal took a project in hand of creating women enterprise development and facilitated 25 women candidates in establishing their own ventures with thr support of CSR box. Connect Signal also organised various awareness seminars and workshops in export, road safety, drink driving ,peer pressure in various collages and schools. The journey is still going on with Indian art and cultural awareness and providing proper platforms to various SHGS through Hyundai Art for hope projects. Connect Signal is also closely working with various govt and non govt agencies for the well being of rural and sub urban areas.

- Animators : Motivate the candidates to join cluster which make her able to earn at village
- Trainers : Train the candidate and fulfill cluster required skills
- Designers : Develop newer designs which help cluster members to get more money
- Coordinators : Coordinator coordinates for job work with Industry and get it prepared from the cluster.
- Production Staff: Coordinate all production related activities

Quality Assurance Process
During the manufacturing process we do quality checks at each stage:
- fabric visual check before and after dyeing, color and accuracy check during dyeing or printing
- measurement and construction check during production
- after production: visual check of fabric, seams, alignment, overall look, removal of loose threads, accessories check (zips, buttons, labels)
- packing: final visual check after pressing and during packing
